On my recent trip to Thailand I tried various smoothies and fruit crushes that were simply out of this world .

Mango and Coconut Smoothie :

I have since been trying out various fruit combinations and will post my favourite smoothie  recipes here on my blog

Ingredients:

1 cup diced ripe mango
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
Honey to taste

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth. For a weaker consistency add more coconut milk.
