Over the last couple of months I have been making a few small healthy changes to my diet and lifestyle .When the word diet is mentioned people immediately think of someone losing weight,but for me it means a lifestyle of healthy food choices.

One of the more popular products people have been raving about was the addition of coconut oil to their diet,and to me this was something new that made me sit up and take notice. After much research I went out and purchased a bottle from a reputable store so that I was assured that it was alright to consume internally.

I have been using coconut oil for my face, body and hair and have seen a remarkable difference since then as my hair is now much healthier.

I have also added a tablespoon of coconut oil to my coffee and milo every day and have been feeling more energetic as well.

There are so many articles online about the medical benefits of coconut oil as well.
