I enjoy adding both fruit and vegetables to a smoothie for a healthier option and an extra boost of energy.

carrot smoothie

Recipe :

1/2 cup chopped mango

1/2 cup chopped pineapple

1/2 cup diced fresh carrots

1 banana (frozen)

I cup of coconut water

Add to blender and blitz till smooth.

Optional :
Coconut water can be substituted with any fresh juice or almond milk
